Thin Lizzy, descubre el contenido de Rock Legends, su caja recopilatoria llena de sorpresas

Phil Lynott sigue siendo inconmensurable, tanto que Thin Lizzy editarán, el 23 de octubre, Rock Legends, una interesante caja llena de sorpresas. 99 canciones, 74 de las cuales nunca han sido editadas, y nueva más que es la primera vez que se editan en CD.

Scott Gorham, guitarrista del grupo, y Nick Sharp, experto en la banda, han logrado crear una caja de enorme interés para los fans de la banda. Descubre todo su contenido a continuación.

El primer CD está compuesto de 22 temas entre los que no faltan clásicos como «Whiskey in the Jar», «The Boys Are Back in Town» o «Dancing in the Moonlight».

Le acompañan cuatro discos de maquetas, temas en directo y versiones alternativas (una de sus tiempos en Decca y tres de los años que estuvieron en Mercury). El sexto CD incluye los mejores momentos de los tres conciertos que dieron en el Hammersmith Odeon durante la gira de Chinatown (1980).

Por si esto fuera poco, se incluye un DVD con un documental emitido en la BBC y una actuación en directo en un especial para televisión de Rod Stewart grabado durante la promoción de A night on the town.

La caja incluye réplicas de los programas de gira de la banda, libros de poesía de Lynott, cuatro impresiones y un libro con citas de los miembros del grupo y de famosos fans como James Hetfield, Joe Elliott, Slash, Geddy Lee o Lemmy Kilmister.
